The “death penalty” claim was geared toward Exxon and Koch Industries that he believes “should be put to corporate death” the “Corporate Death Penalty” is a law that allows the AG to seek to dissolve businesses that operate in a persistently fraudulent or illegal manner.
He is referring to corrupt corporations like ExxonMobil as “client deniers” who puts profit before public welfare”, using scare tactics and falsehoods to promote lies about * Climate Change. Also, beurocrats and corporate funded organizations like *Koch Industries are on his list, claiming these companies are “supervillains” behind the “successful multimillion dollar propaganda blitz” designed to mislead the public about GLOBAL WARMING. This was the same technique honed by BIG TOBACCO which was designed to mislead the public about smoking.

On Biden’s “Green New Deal” he says his approach “is more market based then top down dictates” he would use market mechanisms like carbon taxes and the elimination of subsidies and those are the things that would transition our economy fast from a coal based economy.
