ALL STATES NOT REQUIRED TO FOLLOW CDC IMMUNIZATION GUIDELINES

October 26, 2022 238 Views

In the U.S. each State has a Board of Health and required state immunizations are set by each Board of Health association.  To add the Covid Vaccine to the immunization schedule each state must update their Health policy following a 60 day public comment period in order to pass this in legislation.  States like Virginia, for example, do not obligate the Board of Health to require every vaccine the CDC recommends for school entry in Virginia.  Check with your State Board of Health to get your state’s policy information on Covid Vaccine immunization and on religious exemptions.
